Delete your Loadway account

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to hello@loadway.co.uk from the email address used for your Loadway account.
2. Use the subject line: Loadway Account Deletion Request.
3. Include your full name and any account reference details so we can identify your account.
4. We may contact you to verify your identity before deletion is completed.

What data is deleted

• Your account profile data.
• App usage and preference data linked to your account.
• Uploaded content and records that are stored solely for app functionality.

What may be retained

• Minimal deletion request metadata to evidence fulfilment of your request.
• Records we are legally required to keep for accounting, tax, or regulatory purposes.

Retained records are kept only as long as necessary for legal, security, or compliance obligations, and are then securely removed. Unless a longer period is legally required, retained deletion metadata is removed within 12 months of account deletion.
